You will work hands-on with owners, boards, and senior management teams to enhance performance, unlock value, and implement sustainable change.
Rather than being limited to short-term crisis containment, this role focuses on using high-impact strategic opportunities as a platform for enterprise-wide transformation and measurable performance improvement. You will help design, structure, and drive transformation programs end-to-end, ensuring strategic initiatives are translated into operational execution and tangible results across finance, operations, and organization.
Key responsibilities:
Lead transformation and performance-improvement projects or major workstreams in time-critical, high-impact situations
Design and execute hands-on value-creation and transformation programs across cost, growth, organization, governance, and operating models, including strategic repositioning initiatives
Take responsibility for PMO setup and leadership for large-scale transformation programs
Act as transformation office lead, coordinating initiatives, tracking impact, and driving execution discipline
Analyze corporate performance and identify operational and financial value drivers
Develop and manage integrated financial and operating models (cash flow, liquidity, P&L, balance sheet, scenarios) to steer transformation initiatives
Take an active role in on-site execution, ensuring initiatives translate into measurable financial impact
Manage communication with senior stakeholders, including management teams, shareholders, lenders, and investors
Lead, mentor, and develop junior team members
Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams across operations, transactions, legal, and tax
Your Profile:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or CFA preferred
Minimum of 6 to 8 years of professional experience in transformation, performance improvement, private equity, transaction services, or top-tier management consulting
Proven experience leading complex projects or workstreams in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
Proven track record in PMO roles and large-scale transformation governance
Experience supporting or working alongside transformation officers or executive strategy leaders
Strong understanding of financial and operational value drivers across the end-to-end value chain
Advanced skills in financial modeling, cash flow management, and KPI-based performance steering
Ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments and build a compelling case for change
Entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on, execution-focused approach
Comfortable flexing between big-picture strategy and operational detail
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with credibility at senior-management level
