Role Overview:

The Project Manager will be responsible for identifying, analyzing, planning, and executing operative improvements for underperforming business units or companies. This role involves working closely with executive leadership, operation personnel and other key stakeholders to implement optimization plans that enhance efficiency, profitability, streamline operations, and ensure long-term viability.

Key tasks:

· Operations Efficiency: Ideally lead initiatives to improve operational performance, reduce costs, and increase profitability

· Project Management: Oversee and manage all aspects of the operations optimization project lifecycle from planning through execution

· Process optimization: analyze current flow, identify gaps, redesign processes and implement improvement initiatives.

· Strategic Assessment: Analyze underperforming areas, identify root causes, and develop comprehensive improvement plans

· Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate and negotiate with stakeholders including high rank executives, employees, and board members

· Change Management: Ensure smooth transitions during operations optimization by managing organizational change, staff training, and internal communication

· Performance Monitoring: Track key performance metrics to measure the success of operative changes and adjust strategies as needed

· Risk Management: Identify risks and implement strategies to mitigate potential challenges

Your Skills:

· Experience: 5+ years in consulting and project management, ideally in operations, supply chain management (procuring, manufacturing, logistics, demand planning, etc.)

· Project Management: 2+ years in a leadership role managing project execution with the ability to manage complex workstreams simultaneously

· Background: Strong understanding of operational efficiency, performance improvement and process optimization

· Industry: Experience in the automotive, aerospace, chemicals, manufacturing, e-commerce, or construction industries preferred

· Leadership: Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and drive results across various teams

· Data-driven: Experience with financial modeling and data-driven decision-making

· Communication: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
